I would have expected the console to be hardwired to the Aux card but apparently my new company doesn't do things that way.

I have never programmed one of these before And there is a handset attached- it looks like the same type of handset found on the series phones. I also tried using a handset for a Call Master 3 phone. It didn't work either. There is no 2 Prong Adaptor doohicky on it. It just plugs in like a normal handset which is also something that I am not used to.
